Principal
Rich Kaul joined Kendall/Heaton Associates in 2001 after receiving his Master’s degree in Architecture. Rich managed Five Crescent Drive for Glaxo Smith Kline and PMRG’s 3737 Buffalo Speedway Development. As Project Principal, Rich recently completed American Airlines new headquarters, a 1.6 million square feet mid-rise campus in Fort Worth, and worked on design of another headquarters campus in the midwest. He is currently Principal-in-Charge of a 28 story high rise office project in Houston.
Rich is respected for his knowledge of building systems and his holistic and collaborative approach to problem solving. He is also a leader of Kendall/Heaton’s BIM standards
group.
Rich is a licensed architect in the state of Texas.
