Pat Ankney began his career at Kendall/Heaton Associates in 1981 and has led projects ranging from corporate headquarters and medical office to resorts, hospitality, sports and
performing arts venues. Pat has developed a reputation for managing complex projects and developing relationships with clients, design team members and contractors that encourage a team approach throughout all phases of projects.
He has recently been involved with Hudson’s; a 50 story mixed use residential, hotel, amenity, office, conference center, event space and retail development by Bedrock Detroit, Northwestern Mutual; their second adaptive reuse office building after completing their new corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, 2.MO; a new state of the art indoor football practice facility at the University of Oregon, Chase Center; home of the Golden State Warriors, Project Beacon in Omaha, 2nd + 2nd; a mixed use residential and hotel development in Salt Lake City and Taos Hotel St. Bernard in the Taos Ski Valley. Notable past projects include One Detroit Center, Owens Corning World Headquarters, Aspen Highlands Village, Wyly Theatre, Devon Energy Center, and 2050 M Street.
Pat is registered in Texas, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and Texas Society of Architects. Pat is NCARB Certified and holds registrations in Michigan, Nebraska, Oregon, and Utah.
