The CEO of Aggreko, with headquarters in the United Kingdom, and the building committee asked KHA to reimagine their US headquarters in Houston. But before that could happen, Aggreko had a change in management brought about by divestitures, consolidations and ultimately a merger, requiring a merger of cultures and an initiative by the HR department to develop a program to blend the cultures of the diverse corporate population. One year after the move-in was complete, KHA was re-engaged to design a big reveal of the rebranding efforts. The work was installed over an eight hour period while the employees were away from the office.
