This new building on the St. John’s Upper School campus provides a 12,000 square foot Campus Center with a Great Hall dining room, meeting rooms, and food service facilities including an outdoor cafe, as well as art classrooms, admissions, and counseling offices. The new building is located above a below-grade parking garage for 40 automobiles with a new landscaped quad created between the Great Hall and existing buildings.
The project is certified LEED Silver by the USGBC.
