Located in northwest Houston this exterior office building renovation and parking structure project consists of a new 5-level open Parking Garage, a new modified roof, and complete replacement of the existing ribbon windows and building lobby storefront glazing system for the existing 7-story Office Building. Connecting the Office Building to the new Parking Garage is a new elevated pedestrian bridge with direct access to an exterior green roof terrace providing office occupants with a significant amenity program located on the uppermost Parking Garage level. At ground level, the new Parking Garage is connected to the existing Office Building with a covered walkway. Site improvements also include a generous green area, a covered canopy, and spaces for food trucks.
