This 28-story office building creates a focal point for the high-density office, retail, and residential master planned Domain District in northwest Austin. The building adds over 430,000 SF Class-A office space atop a curtain wall clad parking structure. The vertical lines of this high-rise building are accentuated through a variety of aluminum profiles, faceted exterior walls and topped with an illuminated lantern. Offices incorporate outdoor space including a shared amenity terrace and private office floor balconies. Lobby spaces include a feature wall made from custom vein-matched travertine stone designed to mimic the ripple of water. The ground floor provides three distinct leasable interior areas for retail and food and beverage tenants. These ground floor retail spaces open directly to landscaped walkways, streetscapes and a nearby plaza.
