Designed to house the airline’s technology staff, this state-of-the-art building also contains a cafeteria, game room, conference area and café. Raised access floor and underfloor air supply allow the users to personally adjust their work space. The large floor plates allow for programmatic adjacencies. The Design Team provided generous 16’ floor to floor heights and an additional central skylight to provide natural sunlight throughout. The building is anchored by a central atrium with open stairways bridging between the floors, and illuminated by the large oval skylight above.
The project is certified LEED Gold by the USGBC.
