Located adjacent to Lake Union in Seattle, and with views over the lake, downtown Seattle, and Elliot Bay, this mixed use project aims to enhance the surrounding pedestrian experience while echoing the architectural language of the areas industrial past.
The full-block site is located at a convergence of residential corridor, business district, with adjacencies to urban amenities such as museums, stadium, and green space. The ground floor building footprint carves away at the office floorplate above to allow people to filter through and engage with the retail and public spaces housed within. With a goal to be active around the clock, a 5,000 SF multi-use interior/exterior yard will be available to tenants and the public for sports and events.
The lower four floors are designed as lab ready floors, with the remaining floors above as commercial office. A landscaped through block corridor between the towers support entry to the lobbies and retail spaces via a large landscaped monumental stair.
The project achieved USGBC LEED Gold certification.
