With a focus on the future users, this LEED Platinum and Well Certified building aims to provide a work environment where people can thrive. Engagement with the public realm occurs at the ground floor, where a generous lobby space greets tenants as well as activates the ground plane from interior to the exterior.
The 47 story tower is angled 48 degrees to the downtown Houston street grid, opening up expansive views of downtown which are further capitalized from the tower’s 10’ floor to ceiling windows. The textured façade reflects the sky and surrounding buildings, while also defining the northern edge of downtown as a talisman for Houston’s future in sustainability and design.
The project will seek LEED platinum by the USGBC and Well Certification by the IWBI. The project will have Wired Certification by WiredScore.
