Tom Milholland joined Kendall/Heaton Associates, Inc. in 1988. With a well-established reputation for effective leadership on large, complex projects, Tom has gained the respect of design architects, developers, consultants and contractors alike. He has worked primarily on high-rise buildings in Oakland, Seattle, Atlanta and Houston, plus the Cathedral of Christ the Light in Oakland, California.
Tom is a registered architect in the State of Texas, has a NCARB certificate and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects.
